Born in Ohio and raised in New Orleans, Chef Nikki learned the importance of great quality food at an early age. After years of persuasion from friends and family, Chef Nikki finally decided to pursue a culinary degree at the internationally – recognized Le Cordon Bleu Atlanta, from which she graduated Magna Cum Laude.

Nikki Mansfield is the head chef and founder of Chef Nikki, LLC located in Atlanta, Georgia.  She strives to bring her experience into your kitchen, so that you can enjoy the luxury of fine dining in the comfort of your home.
